All Saints Sunday is Sunday, November 2 during the 8 a.m., 9 a.m. & 11 a.m. services. During the services, the names of Holy Trinity parishioners who have died will be read aloud. If you have lost a family member and would like their name added to the list, please call the church office at 887-9506.

The All Saints Shrimp Boil will immediately follow the All Saints Sunday services on November 2 starting after the Sunday School hour around 11 a.m. All parishioners are invited to join us for this wonderful event out on the event lawn. Hot dogs, macaroni & cheese and adult beverages will be served.

Thanks to the generosity of parishioners, we enjoy snacks and nibbles during the Sunday morning coffee hour between the 9 & 11 a.m. services. About 35 parishioners have offered to participate by signing up to provide simple snacks on Sunday mornings. If everyone in the parish signed up for one Sunday, we would be on a four year rotation! If you would like further details or to add your name to the list, please go to  www.signupgenius.com/go/70A0C45A8AA22A75-coffee or email fellowship@holytrinitychurch.info. Please consider this very important opportunity to serve your fellow parishioners.

The fifth order of name tags is being processed. With this order’s arrival, it will bring the grand total of name tags added to the board to 502!! Thanks to all for sharing your names. These name tags are your to keep, and if you move out of the area, please take your name tag with you to share with your next Episcopal community. If you have misplaced your name tag and would like a replacement, please email nametags@holytrinitychurch.info to request a new one. The replacement tags cost $10.00. Please include “replacement name tag” on your check memo line and place it in the bookkeeper’s box or in the office. Thank you!

Please join us every Wednesday at 10:15 a.m. in the Parish Hall for a weekly Bible study on the Gospel of Matthew. No previous knowledge is required; this will be a relaxed kind of Bible study open to everyone. We will begin on Wednesday, August 20. Hope to see you all there!

Our college Bible Study meet on Mondays with a great time and a great dinner. ALL college students are welcome and invited to join us for a time of exploring, questioning, and learning about Scripture, theology, and our faith experience each Monday from 6 - 7 pm in the Parish Hall. Join us for a free, home-cooked meal and a discussion on a topic yet to be chosen; we’ll be asking for your input and interests and go from there! For more information or to ask questions or share thoughts, please contact Jonathan Chesney at jonathan@holytrinitychurch.info or call the church office at 887-9506.

Our hungry college students are returning to school soon, and once again we will need volunteers who are willing to provide a meal for them on Mondays at 6 pm during the school year. The first available date is Monday, September 8. The home-cooked meals you provide make a huge impact on the students and are a big reason for the success of our ministry with them. You may cook on your own or collaborate with a friend. We’ll take care of the drinks and the cleanup, all you need to do is provide the meal. The link to the sign-up genius for possible dates is www.signupgenius.com/go/30E0C48A4AC2BA64-hot, or you may contact Jonathan at jonathan@holytrinitychurch.info if you do not have access to a computer. Thanks for considering helping with this critical ministry!
