Community Ministries

Community Ministries serves as Holy Trinity’s primary outreach ministry. This ministry address critical human needs by

offering monthly financial assistance to local individuals.

In 2007 we helped 149 families pay their utility bills and look

forward to helping even more families this year.

We also provide 13 college students with book scholarships and mentors to help them better navigate the college life. Mentors, who are carefully matched to each scholarship recipient, offer emotional and spiritual support to these students during their first years at college.

Members of Community Ministries also volunteer at the Community Market of East Alabama twice a month. This Market serves as a free grocery store for local individuals living on a strict budget.
